At Piping Hot we provide a wide variety of services of the highest standard catering for all your event needs. From weddings, dinners and funerals to Burns Suppers and all other VIP and Corporate Events.

Weddings
Making the day more memorable from the start, our pipers will greet guests as they arrive with a lively set of pipe tunes for the wedding ceremony. The bride will be greeted on arrival before entering in to the ceremony. Our pipers can be on hand to play as guests are leaving, and to provide a few tunes whilst the pictures are being taken.

Guests and bridal party will then be piped into the reception venue, where our pipers can be on call for photos. The top table guests can be piped in followed by the newly weds as they are piped to their wedding cake, before taking their seats. It is traditional, and ceremonious for the piper to toast the bride and groom before piping himself out

If there are foreign visitors to your wedding, and Haggis has been requested as part of the wedding breakfast, our pipers will happily recite Robert Burns's Address to the Haggis. Our piper’s rendition of the address will make your meal memorable, at the same time giving it an authentic Scottish theme.

Funerals
Piping Hot’s funeral service is a fitting tribute to your deceased loved one.

Our pipers can be on hand to play at the graveside as the coffin is lowered or to pipe as the coffin is being taken in and out the church or even into the crematorium. A fitting tribute and special touch.

Dinners
Our pipers can be on hand to play as guests arrive at the venue and then also to pipe to dinner as it is called.

Should you have Haggis on the menu then our pipers will be happy to recite Robert Burns address to the haggis. Thus giving your night a sense of tradition and Scottish culture.

Our pipers can also provide some after dinner entertainment, either solo or at the end of the night with the band as they beat the retreat.
